This amazing Island Koh Lipe has a National Marine Park and is excellent for diving and snorkelling....

It took 1.5 hrs to get here from Malaysia on a boat. Our resort is on Pattaya beach.

The island Koh Lipe has 3 main beaches our beach pattaya and Sunrise beach, where the sunrises in the East in the morning & Sunset beach where the sun sets in the evening.

The yellow building is the Immigration in the port of Langkawi Malaysia and the hut on the beach is Immigration for Koh Lipe Thailand...Immigration is when you get your passport gets stamped i think!

There was a warning about jellyfish! Jellyfish are marine invertebrates which are commonly found in oceans of the world....

11/12/14... We landed in Langkawi which is island in Malaysia... I fed the monkeys on the side of the road, they loved peanuts and bread..

This is Raffles Hotel which is a colonial-style hotel in Singapore. It was established by two Armenian brothers form Persia in 1887. It was named after Stamford Raffles, the founder of modern Singapore..mummy enjoyed the famous Singapore Sling

Mummy was very happy to meet Gail & Eric, who she worked with at St Georges School Northam, Gail was Head teacher and is now head of SENCO...They took us to "Gardens by the Bay" where we there was a snow storm!

We flew to Singapore from Manila which took about 4 hrs... Singapore is 1 degree north of the Equator which is an imaginary line that divides the the Earth into the Northern and Southern Hemisphere. Its length is about 24,901.5 miles in length.
